It would be impossible these days to avoid chemicals altogether, but the majority of us are focusing on the wrong things! Calories. But they are not the enemy. Sure, empty calories are wasteful, but the source is what matters most. 
And while I’m at it, just because something is gluten-free or dairy-free doesn’t mean it’s chemical-free. 
Ingredients should be your priority. Get to know your labels. Chances are, if you don’t recognize an ingredient, neither will your body.
